Hello my amazing colleagues. I am so grateful for this group and excited for this year. Our vision this year is Creating a healthy lifestyle and wellness for ourselves and community 

There will be lots of opportunities for us to practice what we preach and build our community and learn with alongside each other

Thursday March 21st
Annual Member meeting. @ 6pm. 
All members and prospective members

Thursday April 18th
Virtual event: Connection Corner. We will have a discussion meeting more info tbd @ 6pm. 

Thursdays weekly April 11, 2024 - May 30 @ 7-8pm 
Virtual course: Full Plate Living Healthy Lifestyle Program
This is an opportunity to participate and if desired gain co-facilitate an 8 week lifestyle medicine course. It is a free program that can be used for shared medical appointments.

Walk & Talk Hike. @ 8:30am.

November 9th
5th Annual Columbia River Nurse Practitioner Association Conference. 
Location: Three Rivers Convention Center
