Join a growing, patient-focused team of 30+ Advanced Practice Providers delivering high-quality care across Eugene-area Skilled Nursing Facilities.

This position offers the independence to design your schedule, the support of a well-established group, and the satisfaction of providing meaningful care to a population that truly needs it.

Position Highlights:

Base Compensation up to $165,000.

Monthly Bonus Potential: $300–$6,000.

Flexible Rounding Schedule – no nights, weekends, or call.

Collaborative Team Environment – 30+ experienced APPs.
