Facility:

This Level 3 trauma facility is a respected healthcare provider in the community with a focus on quality patient care. The neonatal department is a critical service line for the region, serving approximately 2 deliveries per day with a low census environment that allows for personalized care.

Opportunity: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Job Details:

• Start/Duration:October 12, 2025- Ongoing
• 5-month contract position starting as soon as credentialing is completed
• Schedule: Clinic Hours and Call
• Shift hours are 8am-5pm for inpatient care, with night call responsibilities
• Weekend coverage includes 24-hour call when scheduled
• Providers will need to round on weekends (typically requiring less than 3 hours)
• Low-volume setting with an average of 2 deliveries per day
• NRP Certification is absolutely required for this position
• Active WA License or IMLC, BC

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice insurance included. Paid Travel and Lodging.

Estimated Hourly Rate: $90 - $125
