Position Description

We are recruiting a nurse practitioner for a full-time position in a busy outpatient Rural Health
Clinic in Weiser, Idaho. We practice multi-generational, full spectrum family medicine, with both
scheduled appointments and walk in services. Experience the ultimate schedule of four 10hr
days, with major holidays, nights, and weekends off--no call for midlevel providers! Our
schedules rotate so every provider get a 3-day weekend once a month.

Vacation, health insurance, 1 week of continuing education a year and matching SIMPLE IRA
contributions are part of the compensation package.

Salary DOE

Must have completed training and obtain NP status, maintain status and be eligible for licensing
in Idaho as well as obtain and maintain DEA licensing.

Spanish speaking a plus!
