Field Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Field Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to fill an opening with a large Healthcare system in Tacoma, WA.
 
Daily Responsibilities for Field Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:

• The Provider works in a field-based capacity completing visits to patient homes for ER/Urgent Care related requests.
• Clinical skills include wound care, sutures, labs, patient assessment, etc. Providers will be supported by triage nurses, EMTs and MAs
  • Schedule: Rotating, 8am-10pm / 10-hr shift

Required Qualifications for Field Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:

• 1+ years as an NP or Physician Assistant in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital, Family Practice, Cardiac, or Pulmonary
• Current unrestricted state license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred
• Prescriptive authority and DEA
