Provider Job Opportunity at Bend Memorial Clinic, PC

Summit Health is seeking a Oncology APP who would like the opportunity to join a thriving practice within a financially secure, provider-driven, outpatient multispecialty setting. 

As an expansion of Summit Health’s Oncology Team, we are seeking an experienced Oncology and Hematology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate to care for our growing population. This position will focus on oncology treatment visits, same-days, hematology visits and chemo education. Our team provides care in a newly built infusion room, supported by our pharmacy team mixing in our state of the art USP 797/800 certified infusion mix room. You will be joining a collaborative group of oncologists and APP’s, with exceptional support from our pharmacy team, nurse navigators, palliative care and extended care team professionals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Patient appointments with diagnoses and treatment of oncology and hematology diagnosis.
  • Infusion room oversight
  • Some after hours and weekend call
  • Hospital rounding (minimal)
  • Coordination of care and referral to related specialties
  • Ordering diagnostic tests, imaging review, and interpreting lab results.
